Remember to breathe

People tell me I am brave for sharing my story, in reality I wish I didn't have a story to tell, esp when my story starts from childhood.

My inspiration comes from my blog, which I am so grateful to bring to you in a way, I find helps my mind turn a haunting memory into something beautiful.

If I could go back and speak to my younger self, I would simply say

*remember to breathe*
