It's the Ocean before the light, that will either break or make you

This morning, a quick drop into Costa Coffee drive through, I go to drive off, stop briefly, when I am met by a hammering on my back window, my heart leapt, in that spilt second my mind went into over drive, I roll down the window, to be told my husband's card had been declined, I couldn't speak, My husband lent over to deal with it.

He mentioned my mental health, said about my anxiety, I muttered here's my card, I simply couldn't find words.

She took my card ever so apologetic. A few mins later she returned, said she is so sorry, she too suffers from anxiety, Yet forgets others can struggle too, She didn't say it with malice nor harshness, it was a soft kind voice full of empathy, a genuine apology, that came with 2 gifted lemon muffins.

It's so true what she said, you do forget others suffer, you do get so caught in your own emotions, that we cannot see beyond, is this when mental health is seen as selfish, when in reality, we are just fighting so hard each day**

Please feel free to share my posts, My story is one I wish to be seen
